ERW tube mill line with straight seam high frequency welding

The HG60 mill is intended for manufacturing of round pipe of Φ22mm-Φ76mm thickness is 0.8-3.5mm from cold-rolled and hot-rolled coil strip by means of unclosed tubular blank with its subsequent welding into tube, edge heating by means of solid state high-frequency welder, longitudinal seam welding in rolls of tube welding machine, cooling, further sizing or shaping and on-stream cutting of endless tube in measured lengths.

ERW Pipe making machine Technical Process:

Raw material(steel coil)→Uncoiling→shearing and butt welding→material accumulator→passively leveling→mill forming→high frequency welding→removing butts outside of weld seam→cooling→sizing→roughly straightening→fixed length cutting→runout table

Welded pipe making machine consists of the following parts:

1. Forming parts: Consist of seven frame of horizontal roll rack,four frame of empty curving rack,four frame of vertical roll rack and one frame of feeding rack

2. Welding parts: consists of welding five roller of extruding roll,two frame of scraping scar rack and one frame of polish rack

3. Sharping parts: consists of four frame of four roller rack

4. Electric control part: controlled by multipoint PLC point
